In this breathing technique inhale through your nose for 4
second and hold your breath for the count of 7 seconds and exhale through your mouth for a count of 8 seconds. You’re should this whole process at least 4 times or until you fall asleep. Make sure not to speed up your breathing. This breathing technique will slow down your heart rate and you will sleep in no time.
