A detox is a cleansing routine of the body. It flushes out the toxins from the body. There are many detox process but detox waters are the most famous one. So here are few detox water recipes for you to lose out those extra pounds.
 
Apple Cinnamon Detox

You can have this detox drink anytime of the day. This detox drink is helpful in reducing the risk of cancer, diabetes,hypertenshion, heart diseases and also reduces weight.
 

Ingredients:-

# Apple: - 1 piece
# Cinnamon Stick: - 1 Stick
# Ice Cubes: - 3-4
# Water

Procedure:-

==> Cut the Apple Into thin slice and discard the seeds.
==> Put the apple slices and cinnamon stick into the bottom of the jar.
==> Fill the jar in half with ice and other half need to have water.
==> Put in the refrigerator for an hour.

 
Cucumber Combo Mix

You can have this detox drink in the morning with breakfast and at evening time. The detox drink helps in boosting the metabolism.


Ingredients:

# Lemon
# Lime
# Grapefruit
# Mint
# Cucumber

Procedure:-

==> Mix ¾ water and ice in a glass.
==> Chop the cucumber and lime into small pieces.
==> Put all the ingredients in the glass.
==> Put lemon in the in the glass.
==> Stir the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes.
