Reduce Stress Level: - When you are stressed, hormones like adrenaline and cortisol are produced. These hormones are beneficial only when you are doing some muscle training but if you stressing a lot, your hormones can be very harmful to your immune system.So stress less and stay disease free.

Socialism: - You should go out to meet new people and even your old friends. Socialising can have a very good impact on your immune system.

Eat Fresh
Vegetable: - Vegetables are loaded with proteins and fiber. So if you are vegetarian they are the best alternatives to maintain a good immune system.

Don't Over
Exercise: - Exercising is good for health but overexercising will do more harm than good.Over exercising can lower your white blood cells which can affect your immune system in a negative way
