Flat Tummy Workouts You Can Do At Home

Physical activity is important to keep yourself healthy and fit. Low level of physical activity not only affects your overall healthy but your physical appearance too. You get belly fat and layers of flab on your body. Your jean’s doesn’t fit your waist and you look obese. So here are some easy steps you can do at home to get rid of belly fat are:-

First, warm up your body: - The warm up steadily prepares the body for exercise by increasing the heart rate and blood flow to the muscle. You can also do stretching after warm up. This will prepares our muscles for physical activity and prevent injuries.


After warm up, you can do the following mentioned workout in 3 sets.

Burps/Squat (10 reps)

Judo Pushup (15Reps)

Alternative knee- ins (15 reps)
Alternative knee- ins

Crunches (15 reps)

Inchworm (15 reps)

Jump Squat (15 reps)
Jump Squat

Lying leg Raise (15 reps)
Lying leg Raise

Windshield wiper (15 reps)
Windshield wiper

Leg Pull-IN Knees-up Side Plank (30 reps)

Before doing this workout, first, determine the size of your tummy by measuring it with a tape. Wrap the measuring tape around your belly button and check the measurement. If you are the man your waist size should not be more than 40 inches and for woman mess than 35 inches is good.
