If you are planning for spooky tips for your upcoming Halloween Party then here is the way to get it. You are supposed to hire a makeup artist for it. All you need are basic makeup essentials like Red Lipstick, Nude Mocha Lipliner Pencil, Plum Lip Colour and Squeeze tube of fake blood.

Line your lips above natural line giving an illusion of more shapely silhouette.

To give fuller look to lips, drag liner upwards creating vertical lines.

Use glossy plum shade to fill the lips and blend properly with lipstick so as not to leave the different coloured edge.

Mix black liquid eyeliner and liquid red lipstick to make it look like there is cut. It should mix properly to create the look of an actual cut. Now use eyeliner application to draw a thin line at one side of lips.

Taketube of fake blood and apply on newly drawn cut line and let it drop down your lip.

Now add some more fake blood and let it come down on your chin.
