Most Harmful Water Drinking Habit

Have you ever thought that drinking water can also be harmful? But it is true that if you drink water along with food then it will cause harm to your body. Drinking water during meals affects digestion system of body and causes fluctuations in insulin levels which cause digestive juices to dilute with water and thus slowing the digestive system.

As per Research gulping a little water with food is not bad but drinking one or two glass of water with meals surely interfere with your digestion system. Whilst the best practice to drink water is to drink water one hour before and two hours after taking meals because it helps in digestion of food.
