Repeat this for one minute, try to pull your belly in towards the spine.

Therefore you can increase the time period of your workout to lose more calories. After running for every five minutes at a speed of 10 minutes per mile pace can help you burn 45 calories. So the next time you go for the run, think about that and you will be motivated to burn more calories.


Change your pace: - Different time intervals can reduce belly fat easily as it enhances the metabolism at the same speed for the whole workout. You need to try changing between periods of pushing and periods of recovery.
