How to Grow Hair Thicker in a Week

Our hair growth depends upon our genes. On an average hair grows a quarter to half inch every month. But you can try certain things to increase your hair growth rate and improve the thickness as well. To get thicker, long and luscious hair read on the following tips.

Proteins: - Do you know that when you eat the right food it can do wonders to your skin and hairs? To get thicker hairs the first thing you need is protein. Eating the right amount of protein is necessary to get thicker locks. Our hairs are made of proteins so if we eat proteins it will provide all the nourishment our hair need. Therefore eat proteins rich food like eggs, nuts, fish, chicken, red meats etc. You can also apply egg directly to your hairs.

Brushing: - Brushing hairs for 1 or 2 minutes every morning and evening, triggers circulation in your scalp. You don’t need to go hard on your hairs, just brush your hairs gently twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening would do. Good blood circulation is essential for hair follicles to work efficiently and for the growth of new hairs. Avoid brushing wet hairs as it can cause hair breakage.

Massage: - Make it a routine to massage your hairs at the time of shampoo. Use your finger gently and massage your head for about a minute or two, this will stimulate the blood flow in the scalp and your hairs will grow at faster pace.

Hair Mask: - Hair mask has all the ingredients which can make our hairs healthy and strong, so don’t forget to apply a hair mask your hair once in a week. Here I am telling you one potato hair make recipe. Take two big potatoes and take the juice out of it. Mix the juice with one egg yolk and one tablespoon of honey. Apply this mixture on your head at least half an hour before shampoo and rinse.


Hair Oil: - To get thicker hairs the best oil is castor oil. You can try overnight castor oil treatment. All you need to do is massage your hairs with castor oil before going to bed and wash it in the morning. You can do this treatment twice in a week regularly for one month and you will notice the difference yourself.
