Ginger, a great antidote is useful for cold, cough & headache and we use it for making tea call it by the name "Adrak Wali Chai".
Ginger has high intensity and its warming effect increases the scalp blood circulation which helps in hair growth. Ginger works as a conditioner for our hair. Ginger contains rich minerals and essential oil which make hair more shiner as well softer. It keeps our hair healthy, clean scalp, dandruff free, dry. For hair loss, we can use olive, coconut & sunflower oil.
We will need…
* 1 Tbsp finely grated Ginger
* 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
Grind it into the paste and mix coconut oil.
To use: Massage into the scalp with this mixture. Leave this for one an hour and then wash as usual.
