Just few days are left in Holi this year. By now, everyone must have started preparing for Holi. If you have not started preparation on how to take care of your skin and hair from harmful colours and chemicals this Holi then just give a look to these tips which will really prove worth-

# Wear clothes which cover your body to the maximum possible so that your skin will be less exposed to harmful chemicals based colours.

# Apply cold cream or mustard oil on whole body and especially on exposed body parts. Oil or cream will not let colours settle on your skin, making it easy to remove it later.

# Use shea butter based lip balm to protect your lips.

# Apply nail paint before touching colours from your hands as nail paint will protect nails from colours. Besides this apply Vaseline under your nails to keep colours away from getting filled in nails.

# Never forget to wear waterproof sunscreen lotion with an SPF of 30 or above before you go out for Holi.

# Drench your hair with olive oil or coconut oil so that colours do not affect hair texture. More so, you can use the better option to cover your hair with a scarf.
