Green Tea with Lemon

1-Brew green tea.
2-Pour some in a mug, stir in 1 tablespoon lemon juice and drink 2 times a day.
3-Also, mix 1/4 cup green tea with the juice of 1 lemon.
4-Use a cotton ball to apply mixture to skin.
5-Leave on at least 10 minutes, but preferrably overnight.
6-Rinse with cool water and pat dry.
