Tips on how to Avoid Peeling Skin & Dry Hands This Winter

Winter is on the verge of arrival and so is dry skin. Here are few remedies to prevent dry flaky skin issues as well as rejuvenate the skin cells –
 

  1. Avoid using soap with synthetic fragrance, rather switch to moisturising cleansers.
  2. Use moisturisers as frequently as you feel dryness in hands.
  3. Avoid hot air dryers and use cloth handkerchief.
  4. Don’t forget to exfoliate skin. After bath when the skin is soft, use a pumice stone on callouses to remove dead skin. Wearing gloves while doing household things is very essential to prevent damage to the skin.
  5.  Use Aloe Vera based products as this is very good in repairing the damaged skin.
  6. Use Coconut oil as it is natural moisturiser.
