Step 1: Take a nice side parting on whichever side you prefer, and then take out a separate section of your hair from the front. This section shouldn’t be too thick nor too thin.
Step 2: Clip the rest of the hair behind just to keep it out of your way.
Step 3: From the section that was made, take two smaller parts and start to intertwine them. Once you’ve done the first part, you can take another small part and go over as well. As you can see the rope formation starts to come.
Step 4: Continue to twist them all together towards the back and pin it up properly with the help of bobby pins.
Step 5: Now open the rest of the hair and start with a standard 3 part braid on the side. This completes the rope braid look.
