# Apply sun screen with high SPF on open body parts like hands and feet at least half an hour before you step out to go under direct sun.

# Prepare a paste of gram flour, raw milk and turmeric and lemon juice together. Now apply this paste on skin and leave it for 20 minutes then wash off using lukewarm water.

# Just as you do your face cleaning, similarly cleanse your hands and feet at least once a week to remove dirt and dust.

# Apply raw milk on hands and feet using cotton and leave for 20 minutes then wash off with water. Raw milk is full of lactic acid which works very gently to exfoliate dead skin from the surface of hands and feet. Milk is very good skin nourishment and it penetrates into skin deeply to lighten skin tone.

# Before going to sleep always apply thick moisturiser on hands and feet to keep skin hydrated. Lack of moisturiser also makes skin dark.

# Take dry orange peel and grind it into powder in grinder. Now mix raw milk in this powder and make a thick paste. Apply this paste on hands and feet and let it dry for 25 minutes then wash off with lukewarm water and apply good quality moisturiser.
