Fitness secrets I unveiled: Tracking your fitness on a weekly basis is important. You must try to hit the gym at least three-four days on a week for quick weight loss results. Move more and binge less.

How do I stay motivated?

Keep questioning yourself that why are you doing it. This will remind you of your goal and help you stay focused. Set for yourself a monthly or weekly target.

How do you ensure you don’t lose focus? Staying focused is not easy and there are times when you go out of track, that’s okay. I try to hit the gym at least four days a week.

What’s the most difficult part of being overweight?
You feel fatigued all the time and have to deal with people who body shame you all the time.

What shape do you see yourself 10 years down the line? My one and only goal is to have a healthy body. A healthy body with the right muscle mass and correct body fat percentage.

What are the lifestyle changes you made?
I have stopped having junk food, colas and beverages. I do not eat any packaged food. Home-cooked food is what I stick to. I also make sure I maintain a calorie deficit.

What was the lowest point for you?
I wasn’t able to do the basic day to day activity as I felt tired very quickly.

Lessons learnt from weight loss: I learnt that once you start working on yourself you feel more confident. Some small changes in your lifestyle can give you good health for the future.
