Try this natural hair conditioner to get silky hair without chemicals

The problem with buying store-bought beauty products including shampoos and conditioners is that you aren’t fully sure about what’s going in them. Sure, the label of ingredients on the products give some idea but sometimes that may not be accurate or even true, in some cases. Then again, experts say it’s best to stay away from Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) that’s present in most shampoos and conditioners in the market. Have you tried this SLS free shampoo and conditioner? There is no doubt that it is always good to go all natural when it comes to your beauty regimen. You can trust nothing but nature when it comes to your delicate skin and hair concerns. Even well-known dermats agree. Here celeb dermat Dr Rashmi Shetty tells us about an easy natural hair conditioner that you can make in a jiffy with commonly available kitchen ingredients.

How to make and use this natural hair conditioner

2 egg whites
2 tsp honey
1 tsp organic coconut oil

Beat the egg whites with honey and coconut oil. Stir until there are no lumps. One clean hair or after cleaning your hair with a mild shampoo, apply from the roots of your hair till the tips. Leave it on for 20-25 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with cold water.
Egg white promotes hair growth and eventually reduces hair fall. Honey acts as a natural conditioner and makes hair super smooth, silky, and adds luster.

Make sure that you’re not using hot water to wash this conditioner off. Hot water can cook up the egg whites in your hair and make it difficult for you to get rid of it from your hair strands. Also, cold water will seal in the moisture in your hair cuticles making your shine.
