Tips for Under Eye Dark Circles Removal


Under eye dark circle are a sign of tiredness and it makes you look sick and exhausted. Dark circles make you look much older than you really are. The major cause of dark circles is excess skin pigmentation and which occurs on account of sun exposure.

Also, dark circles are related to dilated blood vessels and aging – which causes the skin to thin and can darken the area.

So removal of under eye dark circles completely is not possible but of course, you can minimize their effects by knowing their causes, finding good solutions and choosing the right products. Here are few tips to remove/minimize dark circles -

 

==> Always use an SPF 30 protection on the eye contour area irrespective of weather and on visiting beach areas increase that SPF to 50 minimum as the sun makes the dark circles even darker.

==> Cut down the consumption of very salty food.

==> Try not to rub your eyes unnecessarily because rubbing makes the pigmentation darker!

==> Always use your ring finger to apply concealer or cream under your eyes, use the ring finger as it is the weakest finger and so you won’t risk causing micro traumas.

==> After drinking chamomile tea, put tea bags in the refrigerator to chill and then place them over your eyes for 10 minutes three times a week. They are a great remedy for fighting tiredness.

==> Put spoons infreezer during the night. In the morning, right after you wake up, place the curved side of the spoons on your eyes. Leave them on for 10 minutes.
