Game of Thrones doesn’t shy away from smoking hot sex scenes—and apparently porn fans are taking note.
Statisticians from PornHub.com looked into site usage around the GoT season six premiere last week (because the world needs to know), and the findings are epic.

Searches for Game of Thrones via PornHub shot up to 370 percent above average on the day of the premiere. But during the hour that GoT was actually on, PornHub’s overall traffic dropped four percent across the U.S.
While that doesn’t sound like much, PornHub gets a reported 60 million hits a day—so that’s a lot of people ditching their Internet porn for the HBO version.
PornHub also took a look at last year's data and found that searches increased 200 percent surrounding the premiere and finale episodes of the show. Those searches were also up about 80 percent on every Sunday night (when GoT airs) in between, but not when the show was actually on. Notice a pattern here?
What, exactly, are they searching for? Apparently, they’re hunting for GoT "sex scenes," “parody,” and “porn." Yup, GoT porn is a thing.
So if you’re interested in bringing porn into your relationship, maybe start out with a little GoT viewing party. Apparently, it’s as good as the “real” stuff.
