How would you describe your fitness style?
I like to wear fitness gear that's edgy but functional. I like the urban kind of feel, things I can easily transition from work to the gym.

What's your pre-workout beauty routine?
I try not to wear makeup when I can avoid it so I don't clog my pores, and I use if I do wear makeup, it's just a little bit of waterproof mascara and maybe some lip gloss. Oh, and my shampoo is honestly the best thing ever. I can't wash my hair every day, and my hair doesn't get greasy at all. I feel like the dry shampoo adds a lot of volume, too. I've used many different types, but my recent favorite is Drybar's Detox ($22, because there's no chalky residue.

Is that your dog?
It's actually my friend's dog, but I like to call him my god dog. So I have him pretty often. His name's Decoraa. His owner got him from Iowa, and that's actually the city where he was from. And he's a mini Australian shepherd. I love running with him
