Recipe masakan sehat chilli rice noodle


a. Mix together the vinegar sugar fish sauce and soy sauce. Put the noodles in     a bowl and cover them with boiling water. Leave for 3-4 minutes until soft.
b. While the noodles are soaking heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chili, red     pepper and mangetout for 3 minutes until softened.
c. Drain the noodles and add to the pan with the sauce mixture. Toss together       and serve immediately.
