You Can Now Get Your Cold and Flu Meds from a Keurig Machine

We've all endured gag-inducing cough syrups and hard-to-swallow horse pills in the name of treating the sniffles. But cold and flu meds are about to get way, way better.

Thanks to the geniuses at CVS, you can now get your dose of cold and flu medicine freshly brewed from your Keurig. Yep, that’s right: CVS Health has created cold and flu beverage pods.

According to CVS, each cup is filled with a dose of cold meds like acetaminophen (a fever reducer) and nasal decongestant. (There's a daytime and nighttime version.) And while they're still probably not quite as delish as your favorite hazelnut coffee, the pods are supposed to taste more like tea than medicine. The daytime version is berry and green-tea flavored, while the nighttime one is lemon, honey, and white tea-flavored.

The beverage pods are available now at CVS stores across the country and retail for $9.99 per package, so you can stock up when you head in to get your flu shot this season.
