When It Comes to Proving Trump’s Misogyny, No One Says It Better Than the Man Himself
The newest anti-Trump ad is not only utterly chilling, but also brilliant in its simplicity: Woman after woman appears on screen and recites real statements the candidate has actually made about our half of the population.
“Women,” a well-dressed, middle-aged woman says into the camera. “You have to treat ‘em like shit.”
Another woman appears on screen and says, with real feeling, “You know, it really doesn’t matter what they write, as long as you’ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass.”
“That must be a pretty picture,” another says, “you dropping to your knees.”
After female actors of various ages appear on screen to recite a slew of jarringly offensive statements, the women finally spell it out—“This is how Donald Trump talks about our mothers, our sisters, our daughters,” they say solemnly, before a voice-over (also female) takes over to say, “If you believe America deserves better, vote against Donald Trump.”
The ad was produced by the conservative anti-Trump group, “Our Principles PAC,” which was founded by Republican strategist Katie Packer, who served as deputy campaign manager for Mitt Romney in 2012.

Our Principles PAC has already spent over $12 million on its efforts to thwart Trump so far in this election. Just a few days ago they put out another ad highlighting all the recent violence at Trump rallies, including the alleged assault of a female reporter by Trump’s campaign manager.
That ad also features Trump’s own quotes, highlighting the ones that seem to encourage and incite further violence like, “I’d like to punch ‘em in the face,” and, “If you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of 'em, would you? ...I promise you, I will pay for the legal fees. I promise."
