What It’s Like to Have Sex with a Man Who Has a Bionic Penis

Forty-four-year-old Mohammed Abad, from Scotland, was 6 when he lost his penis in a grizzly car accident. After being pushed into the street during a snowball fight, Mohammed was hit and then dragged underneath a car for 600 feet. While he somehow survived with his arms and legs intact, Mohammed lost his penis and a testicle.

Fast forward almost four decades and over 100 procedures later, and doctors were finally able to craft a functioning bionic penis for Mohammed. It's made out of skin from his forearm rolled up like a sausage, and two tubes that inflate with saline when he presses a button on his testicle, according to the Mirror. (The same inflation technique is used in penile implants, which some men with severe erectile dysfunction opt for.)

When Charlotte Rose, a British sex worker (and winner of the British Erotic Awards’ “Sex Worker of the Year” title in 2013) heard about Mohammed’s story, she invited him on to her radio show, and then decided to do him an even bigger solid: The 35-year-old wanted to help Mohammed, a virgin, break in his bionic penis for the first time, all fees waived. (ICYWW: Paying for sex is legal in the U.K., but some aspects of prostitution, like soliciting sex in public, aren’t. Charlotte does high-end call girl work, but also teaches sex training sessions and calls herself a sexual freedom activist.)

"It’s an amazing piece of artwork."

“We pleasure ourselves with different objects all the time, so an object attached to a human being didn’t feel like something to be frightened of—it’s nothing out of the ordinary,” says Charlotte.

Mohammed and Charlotte chatted on the phone and then met up in London, grabbing dinner before coupling up to give his new appendage a whirl. Her first impression upon seeing it: “Honestly, I was speechless, which doesn’t sound like a good thing, but it was really incredible,” says Charlotte. “It’s an amazing piece of artwork—it’s his own skin that’s used on the shaft and the doctors created a scar line at the top to create a head.” Mohammed’s robo-cock is about eight inches long and has a very nice girth, says Charlotte.

After some kissing and foreplay, Charlotte started pumping the “inflate” button on Mohammed's scrotum, but like a balloon with a hole, the penis was only able to reach 75 percent of its full size capacity. “We had a cuddle and a kiss and decided to try again the next night,” she said.

During take two, the penis inflated to 90 percent, enough for Charlotte and Mohammed to get their groove on—sort of. “He had no experience with rhythm so he was kind of banging all over the place, and it would hit my pubic bone, so I had to calm down his excitement a bit and get us in that natural rhythm,” say Charlotte.

"We had a cuddle and a kiss and decided to try again."

It worked, and after some experimentation they discovered the best way for Mohammed to orgasm was for Charlotte to get on top and lean back, which gave the base of his penis (which still has sensation) enough stimulation. “We got there in the end and I really ended up loving our time,” says Charlotte. “I came twice!”

The biggest perk to having sex with a man who has a bionic penis: The erection can last as long as you need it to—sort of like your best sex toy attached to a human, says Charlotte.
