Traveling Bride: Planning the Night BEFORE the Wedding

DAYS UNTIL THE WEDDING: 109 I've done so much planning for the actual wedding day. What about the night before the wedding? Isn't that when all the stress kicks in? Since it's an out-of-town wedding, I need to sleep in a hotel the night before. Initial reaction: ick. After some research, I found a calm, quiet, comfortable hotel: The Hilton Garden Inn. I went from thinking 'ick' to 'awesome.' For me, de-stressing the night before the wedding is one of the most important factors in having a smooth wedding day. The best way for me to de-stress is to work out, so I picked a hotel that not only has a gym, but also offers complimentary "Stay Fit Kits" you can use in your room—very cool. Included in the Stay Fit Kits [pictured] are:

Pilates band Yoga mat, strap and bricks 8 lb abs ball 3 lb hand weights Resistance rope

While I normally love the gym, I imagine the night before the wedding I'll want to keep it mellow in my room—I'm so excited I won't have to lug extra workout equipment along with my wedding dress!

When you travel do you work out?
