You may not have the time to hit the gym and work out those biceps, especially with our busy schedules nowadays. Try these easy exercises that will sculpt and firm your arms.
The triangle push up
Position your body in a plank. Keep your thumbs and forefingers together so they form a triangle on the ground. Complete a push-up. You can also lower your knees to the ground if this is too difficult. Do this for 10 counts. This exercise works out the triceps, shoulders, chest, and strengthens the core.
The chair dip
Sit with your hands on the edge of a chair. With your fingers forward, legs extended and slightly bent, use your arms to lift yourself off of the chair. Keep your elbows bent and arms parallel to the ground as you lower your body. Push yourself back up and repeat for 10 counts. This exercise works out the triceps and strengthens the shoulders.
Keep your feet wider than the hip-width apart to do this exercise. Keep your left foot and hip out, as you bend down from your waist. Reach down to your foot with your left arm and extend your right arm to the ceiling. Stand back up with your eyes kept on your left arm. Repeat this exercise for 12 counts. This exercise strengthens not only the shoulders, but works out your upper back and butt a great deal.
