You know we love a good fitness challenge, especially when it benefits people in need. And thanks to celebs like Chris Pratt and Anna Faris, the 22 Pushup Challenge—which strives to raise awareness for mental health issues among veterans—is totally going viral.

Similar to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, when someone completes the 22 Pushup Challenge—which involves doing 22 pushups every day for 22 days—they nominate three friends to follow suit. Candace Cameron Bure and Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson are among the other celebs who have already shared their videos with the hashtag #22Pushups.

Why 22? According to a report from the Department of Veterans Affairs, an average of 22 former service members died from suicide every day in 2010. The nonprofit organization 22 Kill started the movement to try to turn that sad stat around.
