* 15 Step-Ups (on each side): Step your right foot onto the bench so your right thigh is at a 90-degree angle to your hip (keep your hands on your hips or behind your head). Push down into your right heel and bring your left leg up. Step down and repeat. (This move works your glutes and hamstrings.)
