Certified strength and conditioning specialist Holly Perkins, author of Lift to Get Lean, spices up the fiber-, magnesium-, and iron-rich breakfast staple with chia seeds, hemp hearts, blueberries and blackberries, almond butter, and something called Barnana—dehydrated banana chunks wrapped in high-quality chocolate. Yum!
