The truth is out: Lindsay Lohan really did write that leaked sex list. On a recent appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live, she revealed that writing out the list of people she's slept with (which included A-list celebs like Zac Efron, Justin Timberlake, and James Franco) was actually one of her steps in rehab. Of course, she never meant for it to make the rounds online.
"I'm going to get serious for a second… that was actually my fifth step in AA at Betty Ford," Lindsay told host Andy Cohen. "And someone, when I was moving during the OWN show, must've taken a photo of it—and so that's a really personal thing, and it's really unfortunate."

Agreed—sorry, Lindsay. We imagine this private leak feels like a sext going viral. So why bother creating one? For some people, looking back at those moments can rekindle fond memories—and some cringe-worthy stories—all of which probably played a big role in your sexual history. That said, it would be beneficial to keep track of your sexual partners if you've ever engaged in unsafe sex or if you've contracted an STD, says Fulbright. In this case, it's crucial to alert your previous and current partners as soon as possible to let them know they need to get tested. But once you're done jotting down your bedroom conquests, shred, delete, or burn that list ASAP. That's no one else's business but your own.
