How To Be Bendier and More Flexible

Touch Your Toes
Sit with your legs stretched in front of you, then lean forward and try to touch your toes. This de-kinks the lower back and hamstrings. If you can't reach past your shins, try it in the tub. The warm water can relax your muscles.

Sit On The Floor
Whenever there's an opportunity, sit cross-legged on the floor. "This seems basic, but it's a great hip, knee, and back stretch," says Ellen Barrett, author of Sexy Yoga.

Relax Your Lower Half
Stretch your groin and inner thighs by sitting in what's called a butterfly position, with your knees bent and the soles of your feet touching. Push down on your knees if you want to make it more intense.
