Perform yoga and meditation: A healthier mind results from a healthier body. Exercise at your home or go to the gym. If not this, try yoga and meditation. These are the best form of exercises for the brain as it includes contraction and relaxation of different muscles and also regulates breathing. And thus helps in keeping the mind and the body both active and focused. Here are yoga poses to boost your memory and improve brain power.

Read as much as you can: It provides mental stimulation, keeps your brain active and engages you in the present moment, letting tensions drain away and allowing you to relax.

Eat brain-healthy food: Consume healthy food to sharpen your brains. Ensure you have a healthy breakfast as this provides a lot of energy and freshness to body and mind. Fruits, vegetables, cereals that are rich sources of high vitamins and minerals help your brain by protecting your brain cells from damage. Include these nutrients in diet to boost memory power.

Learn and memorize: Try to learn and memorize anything that is new to you. Start with knowing and remembering names of every person in your office. Learning new words, trying out crosswords and puzzles for at least 15 minutes each day. This could increase your learning capacity and improves your memory.
