On Staying Active

"Believe it or not, the days I don’t have a show, sometimes I still work out... Some days, I’ll just have a day where I will just swim. Most of the time, I’m doing something every day; I’m either taking an hour hike or I’m doing my at-home workout or doing Drenched Fitness or doing yoga."

On Mommy Life

"I can still be competitive, but that’s not all that I’m about. I have kids now. Actually, I wish I were a little more competitive than I am now. I think it just goes with having kids."

On Growing Up

"I think the older you get, the more critical you are of yourself. I think when you’re young, it’s like a false confidence, because you’re so young and you’re kinda stupid, like, 'Yeah! I’m the queen of the world!' And then, as you get older, you become more aware of things. You kind of think things through a lot more, which is not the best thing to do in the world sometimes. You’re more critical."

On Her Favorite Vegas Dance Number

"I think I like 'Toxic,' because we have the water involved. The costume is the best. And it’s just really elaborate and fun. I can feel the energy of the people really getting into it. It’s a really fun song to do."

On the Music That Soothes Her

"I think that country music is really sexy and really romantic. And it puts you in a different state of mind. When I work out, I like upbeat music, but for my everyday life, I think I’d kill somebody if I had to listen to upbeat music all day long. I think I’d cut somebody’s head off. Also, I need something that’s kind of soothing and kind of relaxing, because I have kids, and I need that time to just sit and listen. And it’s really beautiful music."

On Her Biggest Anxieties

"Having kids, I’m constantly worrying. That’s the one thing that I wish God would help me with. I worry all the time. I worry about them at school, what’s going on at school, who are their friends, are they eating enough. Just everything."

On Moving Forward

"I try not to harp on the past. I know that it had a big impact on my life, but I try to live more in the moment."
