    The new year is here, time to make some positive resolutions for a better year ahead. But quite recently 'weight loss' has become synonymous with 'new year resolutions' and some people beat themselves to lose weight. Here are a few weight loss resolutions that people should stop making this new year.

  • I'll try crash diet: Many people fall for crash diets. They honestly don't work and will only give you false hope. Weight loss is a gradual process and should be done in a healthy manner

  • I'll try weight loss pills: Unprescribed weight loss pill can harm your body in the most adverse manner. You don't know what goes into your body.

  • I'll try starving: This is the worst thing you could do to lose weight. You'll only be depriving yourself of essential nutrients in your body.

  • I'll go hard on gymming: Some people think that doing too much, in the beginning, is going to help them reach their weight loss goals. In fact, it will give you muscle soreness and may affect your heart.

  • I'll look for solutions on Dr Google: Wrapping plastic around your body or wearing overly tight shapers- anything you find on google doesn't need to be safe. If you want to lose weight, go to a certified nutritionist and follow a healthy diet with dedication.
